Titan Fire Protection Engineering has experience with all sizes of design and construction projects. About The Owner

Justin Reid is a graduate of the Fire Protection Engineering program at the University of Maryland, College Park. 


Mr Reid originally worked for a large fire protection consulting company in the Los Angeles area for 7 years. 


He spent 2 years working for a fire sprinkler contracting company where he gained extensive knowledge of the fire protection construction processes. 


Mr Reid then  worked on a contract for the Army Corp or Engineers learning the ins and outs of DOD requirements on Military bases around the world and in war zones. He spent time working on DOD fire protection requirements in Afghanistan and other areas of the Middle East. 


Mr Reid became employed with Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and worked on large MILCON projects all over the world. 


Mr Reid left NAVFAC and went to work at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) where he works on fire protection programs and specializes in aircraft hangar design and protection. 


Mr Reid has also served as an adjunct instructor for fire protection at Bakersfield College, teaching fire protection classes to firefighters in training.
